Replicas of Ivories in European Museums by Frederick Parsons

November 29 – December 03, 1920

"The Renaissance Society of the University of Chicago invites you to attend an exhibition of replicas of ivories in European museums, to be held in the north parlor of the second floor of Ida Noyes Hall from Monday, November 29, to Friday, December 3, 1920. These replicas, the work of Mr. Frederick Parsons, of Waban Massachusetts, are from originals which date from the fifth to the fifteenth centuries, and represent many different national styles.

The exhibition will be opened on Monday evening, November 29, at 8:15, with a brief talk by Professor Ernest H. Wilkins. On each of the next four days the exhibition will be open from 3:00 to 6:00 P.M.

Orders for copies of the replicas may be left with the attendant in charge.

Mabel Banta Beeson
Secretary"
