This exhibition includes the work of seven contemporary French sculptors. The artists subject machines to an emotional transformation through which the machines become anthropomorphic and invoke the natural rather than the mechanical.  

Affected Machines/Machines Affectees is organized by the Centre National des Arts Plastique, Maison des Cultures du Monde, and the Centre Fraincais de Diffusions Internationale d'Art Contemporain.
